1 Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 To register for and use a y4444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y4444 enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the markets it serves.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players on y4444.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number in 03XX format, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of y4444 or any of its associated entities or software providers.
• You must not already hold an active or previously terminated y4444 account under any name or identity.

1.2 Registration on y4444 is subject to identity verification. y4444 reserves the right to request CNIC documentation and a live selfie from any player at any point. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by y4444 may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

1.3 y4444 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing platform access.

1.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of y4444 complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence. y4444 makes no representation that the platform is legally accessible in every territory, and players access the platform at their own risk if local law is ambiguous.

2 Account Management & Security

2.1 Each player may hold only one active y4444 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses held therein.

2.2 Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their y4444 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

2.3 If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your y4444 account, you must notify y4444 support immediately via live chat. y4444 will investigate the reported access and take appropriate account security measures. y4444 cannot be held liable for any losses attributable to account compromise where the player failed to implement available security features including two-factor authentication.

2.4 Players must promptly update their y4444 account details if any registered information changes, including mobile number, email address, or physical address. Inaccurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing and may trigger additional verification requirements.

2.5 y4444 reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

3.1 All player account balances on y4444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y4444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 y4444 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name . Players must use only payment accounts they own and that are registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

3.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the y4444 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method and player account tier.

3.4 Withdrawal requests from a y4444 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's identity must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the y4444 account.
• Any active bonus funds must be either forfeited or fully wagered before a withdrawal of real-money balance is permitted, unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• y4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds declarations — before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

3.5 y4444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which y4444 accepts no responsibility.

3.6 In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a player's account, y4444 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous transaction at any time. Players must not wager funds they have reasonable grounds to believe were credited in error. Wagering of erroneously credited funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Terms

4.1 y4444 offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

4.2 Unless the promotional terms for a specific offer state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all y4444 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the offer) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is Rs 500 unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 y4444 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings and to conduct an account review if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated play with other accounts to exploit promotional terms.

4.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or account.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to y4444 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
• Opening or operating more than one y4444 account under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity documentation during account verification.
• Using the y4444 platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the y4444 software or platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y4444 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

6.2 Where prohibited conduct results in financial gain to the player, y4444 will void all associated bets and game rounds, reverse all related credits, and recover any amounts paid out. y4444 reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies where applicable.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

8 Intellectual Property

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y4444 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any y4444 content.

8.3 Unauthorised use of the y4444 brand, logo, or platform content — including on social media, third-party websites, or in any commercial context — is strictly prohibited and will be subject to enforcement action.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 The y4444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y4444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free availability of the platform.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y4444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the y4444 platform.
• Any losses arising from network outages, server failures, internet service provider interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond y4444's reasonable control.
• Any losses attributable to a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player in the course of gameplay, including but not limited to wagering decisions, withdrawal timing, and bonus selection.

9.3 Where y4444's liability cannot be excluded by law, y4444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 y4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a directive from a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.

10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, y4444 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following investigation, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their y4444 account may do so by contacting support. All verified real-money balances will be returned within standard processing times. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise agreed.

11 Disputes & Governing Law

11.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, transaction, or account decision, the player must contact y4444 support in the first instance via the live chat function available on the platform. y4444 will investigate and respond to all disputes within five business days.

11.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through y4444's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under y4444's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from y4444 support upon request.

11.3 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which y4444 holds its operating licence. Players submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by alternative means.

11.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent y4444 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its rights.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 y4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, y4444 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on record or via a prominent notification on the y4444 platform.

12.2 Continued use of the y4444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of y4444 and may request account closure.
